Soeteck’s Factory & Products Inspected by Egyptian Gov’t Project Team

 

On September 25th, a delegation from the Egyptian government project client visited Soeteck to conduct factory inspection and product testing. The core purpose of this visit was to review the performance of the previously collaborated Egyptian government project, and lay a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation by conducting on-site verification of Soeteck's production capabilities and product quality. Senior management of Soeteck and the dedicated project team accompanied the delegation throughout the visit to ensure its efficient progress.

 

The delegation first arrived at Soeteck's headquarters, where a special exchange meeting was held between the two parties. At the meeting, the project manager of Soeteck reported on the progress of the previous implementation of the Egyptian government project, communicated with the client on project management, technology implementation and after-sales support, and answered the client's questions. Subsequently, the delegation visited the corporate qualification exhibition hall and R&D center to gain a comprehensive understanding of Soeteck's strength, laying the groundwork for the subsequent factory inspection.

 

In the afternoon, the delegation went to Soeteck's production base to carry out a detailed factory inspection, focusing on three core production areas: the battery production line, the air conditioning production line and the clean room.

At the battery production line, the delegation inspected the key processes such as cell assembly, performance testing and safety testing in accordance with the production workflow. They carefully checked the production equipment parameters, operating standards and quality inspection records, and paid close attention to the automation level and refined management of the production line. Later, the delegation moved to the air conditioning production line, observed the entire process of air conditioning unit assembly and commissioning on site, and had in-depth communication with the technical personnel on key parameters such as product energy consumption indicators and cooling/heating performance. They spoke highly of the standardized operation process of the production line.

The delegation entered the clean room in strict accordance with the cleanliness standards. The constant temperature and humidity environment, standardized personnel attire and precision production equipment in the clean room demonstrated Soeteck's strict control over the production of high-cleanliness products. The delegation expressed recognition for the environmental management and process control of the clean room.

 

After the factory inspection, the delegation conducted random product inspections in accordance with the technical specifications of the Egyptian government project. They were highly satisfied with the product quality, confirmed the inspection results, and made it clear that this factory inspection had paved the way for further cooperation between the two parties.

At the end of the visit, the two parties discussed the direction of future cooperation. Soeteck stated that it will continue to ensure product quality and project performance with strict standards, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with the Egyptian government project client to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
